1. Agreement to Terms - By using www.unclescollectibles.com you agree to these Terms.
2. About Us - Collector shop based in Kent, WA - 10605 SE 240th St, Kent, WA 98030 - @uncle206toyzncollectibles
3. Eligibility - 18+ or with parent permission.
4. Products & Pricing - Prices can change. We can limit quantities. Factory flaws like small creases/paint flaws are normal and not considered damage.
5. Authenticity Guarantee - All autographs are 100% authentic, obtained via private signings/conventions. COA from Uncle's, Beckett, or JSA when listed. We guarantee authenticity for life - if Beckett/JSA says not authentic, full refund on return.
6. Orders & Payment - We can cancel/refuse any order for fraud, pricing errors, or stock errors.
7. Cancellation Policy - Must request within 24 hours AND before shipment. 20% cancellation/restocking fee on all cancelled orders. Once shipped (tracking generated) - cannot be cancelled. Pre-orders/autographs may be denied if already secured/signed.
8. Shipping, Worry-Free & Returns - Governed by our full Shipping Policy. Ships via USPS from Kent, WA in 1-3 days. No free shipping. Domestic only - message us for international case-by-case. Worry-Free Delivery available at checkout covers lost/damaged/stolen - file via Route link. If declined, we are not responsible for carrier loss/theft/damage. Returns: Autographed, opened, grails, Whatnot, Final Sale = final sale. Unopened non-signed = 14 days for store credit, buyer pays shipping.
9. Whatnot & Live Sales - Whatnot purchases are FINAL SALE, governed by Whatnot terms too.
10. Intellectual Property - All site content owned by Uncle's Collectibles. Do not copy.
11. User Conduct - No fraud, chargeback abuse, bots.
12. Limitation of Liability - Liability limited to purchase price. Not liable for carrier issues if Worry-Free declined, or market value changes.
13. Indemnification - You agree to hold us harmless from claims from your violation of Terms.
14. Governing Law - State of Washington, King County.
15. Changes - We can update Terms anytime, posted here.
